Authority:  Ordinance 11.01-Land Development Code

Term:  3 years

Meetings:  2nd Wednesday of each month.

Purpose: The Board of Adjustment makes decisions on whether or not to grant or refuse variances, special exceptions, or administrative appeals following a public hearing in accordance with the rules and procedures that guarantee due process.

Members:  Consists of five (5) members total.  Each County Commissioner recommends an appointment of an individual residing within his or her district.  Each appointment must be confirmed by the Board of County Commissioners.
