Authority:  Resolution 23-100.

Purpose: The purpose of the Committee is to assist the County in determining the near-term and long-term plans for the physical development of the Fairgrounds Property and to help the County shape its vision for the improvement and redevelopment of the property.

Members: 

Committee consists of 7 members and 1 non-voting member:

• Five (5) appointees nominated by individual County Commissioners

• An appointee nominated by the Northwest Florida Fair Association

• An appointee nominated by the Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce

• Fort Walton Beach City Manager, ex-officio, non-voting member

Term: 6 months, estimated
