Bill Info
Past Due Payments:
Payment Must Be Received By Due Date To Avoid Late Charges
If payment is not received within 20 days of the "Date Billed" date on your utility bill, a 10% late fee will be added to the amount owed.
Notice to all Customers:
If your billing statement shows an amount as "Past Due", the amount should be paid immediately to avoid interruption of your service. This usually means that your previous monthly bill has not been paid and the cutoff date that was printed on that previous utility bill is approaching. If you believe the past due amount has been paid, please contact Customer Service to ensure the payment was received.

Lend-A-Hand Program
LEND-A-HAND is a result of a shared vision of people helping people, from the heart. Its goal is to establish and maintain a fund from which qualifying customers of Okaloosa County Water and Sewer may be helped by the charitable contributions of people who care.
Lend-a-Hand is generally a billed item for those choosing to participate. Simply:
- Request an Authorization Agreement for Project Lend-A-Hand.
- Select the amount you would like to contribute, fill in your name, address, date and signature.
- Mail or bring your completed form to our Customer Service office at 1804 Lewis Turner Boulevard, Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
Once the form has reached our office your account will be set up to bill the requested amount. A one-time contribution is accepted also. Note on the portion of the bill returned with your payment the amount you wish to donate to Lend-A-Hand.
