With the ongoing growth in Okaloosa County, please pay attention to your Cycle, Route and Due Date on your bill as they are subject to change. If you have any questions or issues in regards to your bill please call customer service during normal business hours Monday - Friday,  8:30 AM-5:00 PM.

Ways to Pay

There are no convenience fees added to online and phone payments.

Online payments may not show up on your OCWS account &/or bank account until next business day. Your confirmation number is proof of payment.

  • Drop Box Locations

  • Payments made at non-County locations can take up to two weeks to be received.  Your account number must be listed on the payment and save your receipt for proof of payment.

  • If services are disrupted, we will not reinstate them until after the payment is received in our office.
