Purpose:  To review proposed projects and provide recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners as to the prioritizing of the projects and those that would maximize the benefit to the citizens and residents of the County.  The Committee will also review expenditure of the Surtax.

Members:  The Committee shall be comprised of five (5) members.  Each member must be an elector residing in Okaloosa County, Florida.  Each member of the Board of County Commissioners shall appoint one member of the Committee.
