The Systems and Networks (SAN) Division is broken down into 4 teams and provides continually improving technology and data in a secure, reliable, integrated, cost effective and efficient way to enhance the effectiveness of County government.

Client Services Team:

Installs and configures computer hardware, software, and peripherals.  Performs initial diagnosis of system hardware, software, and communications connectivity problems that arise.  

Server Team:

The server team is responsible for datacenter, server, virtualization, enterprise email, domain administration, backup and recovery and other related enterprise and departmental technologies.

Cyber Security:

Responsible for maintaining Okaloosa County's information security posture, to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of critical County technology resources. Performs comprehensive risk assessments and diagnoses faults, threats and weaknesses of the Okaloosa County WAN continuously.

Physical Security:

Administers and monitors access control, security camera, and emergency alert systems.  Integrates related computer software, hardware, and network connectivity to increase performance and efficiency.
