The Telecommunications Division manages the county fiber optic telecommunications utility and other related and supporting outside plant (OSP) operations and inside plant (ISP) infrastructure including network design, operations and support.

Outside Plant Field Operations:
Coordinates GIS field operations and fiber optic telecommunications support.

Inside Plant and Network Operations:
Inside plant cabling and network operations support.
