Location: 3390 Hwy 90 E in Crestview

This boat ramp gives you access to the Shoal River. Limited boat trailer parking is available. This is one of two boat ramps in Crestview with access to the Shoal River. The other boat ramp is located off of State Road 85 at the Shoal River Wayside Park (Bill Duggan Jr. Park).

This park is named after Wildlife Officer Ray Barnes who lost his life in the line of duty while trying to apprehend someone for illeglly hunting deer on the Shoal River.
