Board of Trustees, Okaloosa Law Library
Authority: Special Act of the Florida Legislature (Chapter 67-1787) Laws of Florida.
Purpose: To oversee maintenance of a central library for the use of county officials and the judges and officers of several courts.
Members: Board consists of five (5) members:
The Senior Resident Circuit Judge of Okaloosa County
One (1) member of the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County
The Clerk of the Circuit Court of Okaloosa County
Two (2) practicing attorneys of Okaloosa County
One (1) to be appointed by the Senior, Resident Judge
One (1) to be appointed by the Board of County Commissioners
Term: 2 years
Meetings: As needed and will be publicly noticed.
