By Mail

Please make checks and money orders payable to O.C.W.S. (No Cash Please) with the bottom portion of your utility bill to:

• Please write your account number on your check or money order.
• Please do not send cash.
• Please tear off the bottom portion of your utility bill at the perforation and enclose it along with your payment.

Use the automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System to pay your bill by phone (850) 651-7171 using an eCheck, Visa Debit/Credit Card, MasterCard Debit/Credit Card, American Express or Discover Card.

System is available daily from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Electronic Funds Transfer / Bank Draft

Pay automatically each month by using the Electronic Funds Transfer / Bank Draft service. You will still receive a monthly statement. The amount due showing on your bill will be automatically deducted from your bank account on the due date. There's nothing to remember or worry about. Payment drop boxes

There are 4 payment drop boxes locations for after hour's convenience.  All payment drops are picked up on scheduled business days. Drop box payments will be applied to your account on the next scheduled business day.  Please make checks and money orders payable to O.C.W.S. (No Cash Please) as well as:

• Please write your account number on your check or money order.
• Please do not send cash.
• Please tear off the bottom portion of your utility bill at the perforation and enclose it along with your payment.
