Okaloosa County Code Enforcement Board 

 

Authority:  Ordinance 11.01, Pursuant to Chapter 162 FS.

Purpose: To hear and decide alleged violations of all codes.

Members: Seven (7) members, appointed by the Board of County Commissioners.

Shall consist of seven (7) appointed members (must be residents of the County)   

  • Architect
  • Businessman
  • Engineer
  • General Contractor
  • Subcontractor
  • Realtor
  • Citizen

Term:   3 years and can be appointed to successive terms
